Orthoease 6.0 is covered in a Soft Touch knitted fabric, made with a special resistant and elastic fibre that guarantees a high level of comfort and hygiene. The padding on the A side is enhanced by about 2 cm of Extra Soft Foam, a highly soft and comfortable material, designed to gently support the body and offer a pleasant feeling of prolonged well-being during rest. The inner core consists of four layers: an upper one in viscoelastic Memory Foam, two central layers and a lower one in Waterfoam, two of which feature highly breathable “Wind Foam Aiir®” with a honeycomb structure.

Self-shaping
The mattress adapts to the shape of the body thanks to the use of visco-elastic foams (Memory Foam or Bio Memory), reducing pressure points and supporting the spine in a natural way.
Extra Soft Foam Padding
Foam with added softness for a soft sensation on first contact. It makes the mattress more comfortable without compromising the support provided by the layers underneath, for a gentle and relaxing night’s sleep.
Sustainable Fibre Padding
Certified and/or recycled fibres, low-impact processes: guarantee hygiene and safety for the skin with respect for the environment. Constant comfort and durability, without sacrificing softness.
Wind Foam Air®
Breathable foam with honeycomb structure and excellent elasticity: increases air exchange, eliminates moisture and heat and improves the hygiene of the mattress. It offers stable comfort and even support during rest.
Breathable fabric
Highly breathable materials and structures aid the passage of air and dispersion of moisture. The mattress remains drier and more hygienic, reducing odours and heat for constant comfort.
Visco-elastic Memory Foam
Visco-elastic foam that reacts to heat and weight, adapting to contours. It distributes pressure evenly and supports the spinal column with natural ergonomics; in the Air Transpiration version it boosts air exchange.
Removable on 4 sides
The cover has zips on all four sides, making it completely removable and washable. A practical solution to maintain long-lasting hygiene and freshness of the mattress.
Medical Device Cl. 1
The mattress is classified as a Class 1 medical device according to EC legislation, therefore tax deductible and also recommended for postural problems or spinal conditions.
