The Biocell 40 Fusion cover, enhanced with silver and carbon fibre, protects rest by shielding electrostatic charges and ensuring a fresh and hygienic environment at all times. Side A has a Memo Fresh padding with Ultra Fresh treatment, which supports the body by absorbing heat and offering a pleasant sensation of prolonged freshness. Side B, on the other hand, is made of Extra Soft Foam, ideal for anyone who is seeking a soft, relaxing support. The inner core consists of three layers, designed to combine ergonomics, breathability and differentiated support: the highly breathable viscoelastic memory foam adapts perfectly to the body, while the two layers of Waterfoam with Air Transpiration structure offer a balanced, comfortable support. Royal Fresh is also available in an extra comfortable version, for an even softer, more accommodating support.

Self-shaping
The mattress adapts to the shape of the body thanks to the use of visco-elastic foams (Memory Foam or Bio Memory), reducing pressure points and supporting the spine in a natural way.
Biocell 40 Fusion Fabric
Viscose with silver and charcoal: antimicrobial, antistatic and reflective properties. Helps regulate body temperature and dissipate accumulated electrostatic charges at night.
Memo Fresh Padding
Viscoelastic foam with cooling additives: disperses heat and moisture, increases breathability and stabilises the microclimate. It maintains the comfort of memory foam and reduces pressure points.
Extra Soft Foam Padding
Foam with added softness for a soft sensation on first contact. It makes the mattress more comfortable without compromising the support provided by the layers underneath, for a gentle and relaxing night’s sleep.
Visco-elastic Memory Foam
Visco-elastic foam that reacts to heat and weight, adapting to contours. It distributes pressure evenly and supports the spinal column with natural ergonomics; in the Air Transpiration version it boosts air exchange.
CFC-free Waterfoam
Water-based polyurethane foam, free from chlorofluorocarbons. It is breathable, elastic and supportive; it contributes to a lower environmental impact and customisable comfort.
Air Transpiration structure
Micro-perforations and ventilation channels that increase the air passage in the core. It helps to wick away moisture and disperse heat, keeping the mattress drier and more hygienic over time.
Removable on 4 sides
The cover has zips on all four sides, making it completely removable and washable. A practical solution to maintain long-lasting hygiene and freshness of the mattress.

The mattress is classified as a Class 1 medical device according to EC legislation, therefore tax deductible and also recommended for postural problems or spinal conditions.
