San Lorenzo Home is a project by Montalese S.p.A., a company founded in 1971 in Montale (Pistoia) and a long-standing benchmark for the production of high-quality mattresses and bed systems. Production takes place entirely in Tuscany, within the most renowned district for textile manufacturing. A place where materials meet technology, and technology is transformed into aesthetics. San Lorenzo Home adheres to the highest quality and certification standards in the industry: its products comply with the OEKOTEX Standard 100, guaranteeing the absence of substances harmful to health. Compliance and resistance tests are also conducted by CATAS in accordance with Italian, European, and international standards. Some products fall within the “Medical Device” category (class 1) pursuant to Directive 93/42/EC and Ministerial Decree 332/1999, bearing the CE mark and being deductible as healthcare expenses. In addition, the company is certified according to the ISO 9001 standard and adheres to strict criteria of environmental sustainability and ethical management, reinforcing its commitment to quality, safety, and responsibility.
