Zeus Fresh Zip 6.0 is covered in Visco Touch knitted fabric, made with sustainable fibre and a percentage of viscose, which ensures high comfort, hygiene and superior softness. The mattress cover is completely removable. The padding on both sides is made of Extra Soft Foam, ten times softer than traditional padding, for cosy effect and an optimal degree of relaxation. Side A also features about 2 cm of Memo Fresh, an innovative material treated with Ultra Fresh, which absorbs body heat and maintains a constant feeling of freshness, avoiding overheating during rest. Maximum breathability and moisture reduction are guaranteed by the Air Transpiration structure with micro-perforation, applied to both the viscoelastic Memory Foam and Waterfoam cores, for a cool, comfortable night’s rest.

The inner core consists of several layers of technological materials to offer personalised support and ergonomic comfort.
Self-shaping
The mattress adapts to the shape of the body thanks to the use of visco-elastic foams (Memory Foam or Bio Memory), reducing pressure points and supporting the spine in a natural way.
Visco Touch Fabric
Knitted fabric with a percentage of viscose for a silky feel: pleasantly soft to the touch and shiny. It absorbs excess moisture and ensures constant breathability, contributing to a peaceful, comfortable night’s sleep.
Memo Fresh Padding
Viscoelastic foam with cooling additives: disperses heat and moisture, increases breathability and stabilises the microclimate. It maintains the comfort of memory foam and reduces pressure points.
Extra Soft Foam Padding
Foam with added softness for a soft sensation on first contact. It makes the mattress more comfortable without compromising the support provided by the layers underneath, for a gentle and relaxing night’s sleep.
Visco-elastic Memory Foam
Visco-elastic foam that reacts to heat and weight, adapting to contours. It distributes pressure evenly and supports the spinal column with natural ergonomics; in the Air Transpiration version it boosts air exchange.
CFC-free Waterfoam
Water-based polyurethane foam, free from chlorofluorocarbons. It is breathable, elastic and supportive; it contributes to a lower environmental impact and customisable comfort.
Air Transpiration structure
Micro-perforations and ventilation channels that increase the air passage in the core. It helps to wick away moisture and disperse heat, keeping the mattress drier and more hygienic over time.
Removable on 4 sides
The cover has zips on all four sides, making it completely removable and washable. A practical solution to maintain long-lasting hygiene and freshness of the mattress.
